ABOUT THE STUDIO

A finishing-first generative-AI visual studio in Toronto

PixelForge sits on Sudbury Street in the Queen West creative district — a low-rise studio space where campaign imagery, product visuals and synthetic photography are forged with diffusion models and finished by hand.

What we are — and what we are not

PixelForge is a generative-AI visual studio and creative services firm. We produce image generation, style training, retouching, rendering and illustration for client organizations using text-to-image and image-to-image diffusion models with human art direction at every stage. We are not a self-serve image-generator app, not a stock-image marketplace, not a deepfake service, and not an AI-art course.

The name is deliberate: "Pixel" refers to the image itself; "Forge" means crafting and finishing it with skill — like a studio workshop, not metal forging, not code repositories, and not forgery. The .pro domain is branding only.

We serve Canadian brands, agencies, product teams and scale-ups who need production-ready visuals faster than traditional photography allows — but who will not compromise on brand consistency, usage rights or honest disclosure of AI-assisted production.

How we work

Our team combines art direction, prompt design, model and tool selection, and pixel-level finishing. Every project begins with a written scope: deliverables, turnaround, revision rounds and usage-rights terms quoted in CAD. We choose diffusion models and editing tools based on the brief — not habit.

Human-in-the-loop review is structural, not cosmetic. We check for artefacts, unintended similarities, brand drift and licensing concerns before anything leaves the studio. Reference images and client materials are handled under PIPEDA-compliant data practices.

We believe responsible AI means stating limits plainly: results are not guaranteed, AI outputs require human review, and clients remain responsible for final usage clearance. We do not produce unlawful or explicit content.

Toronto studio, Canadian focus

Our Sudbury Street studio is a working creative space — proof walls, retouch stations, review screens — not a virtual office or offshore production line. We understand Canadian market context: bilingual packaging considerations, regional retail environments, and the expectations of Canadian brands competing on quality rather than volume.

Engagement models include per-project CAD quotes, per-deliverable pricing for catalogue work, and retainer arrangements for ongoing campaign visual needs. Whether you are an agency needing a reliable finishing partner or a brand building a product line from scratch, we scope honestly and deliver with documented usage rights.

The Queen West / Sudbury Street district shapes how we work: low-rise studio space, walkable to client meetings, close to the agencies and product teams we serve across the Greater Toronto Area. Vancouver and Montreal clients are welcome — we collaborate remotely with structured review sessions and clear deliverable milestones. Our responsible-AI stance is practical, not performative: human art direction on every image generation pass, documented licensing, and honest conversation about what diffusion models can and cannot do reliably.

If you are weighing whether a generative-AI visual studio fits your next campaign or catalogue, start with a conversation — not a subscription. We will tell you plainly when traditional photography, illustration or hybrid workflows serve the brief better than full synthetic production.
